Eccentricities of Adolphus Cooke, of Cookesborough

Cookesborough lies about four miles from Mullingar, on the road to Delvin, and it is there that
the eccentric Adolphous Cooke lived, I have contemplated before on doing a series of prints on the stories surrounding Adolphous, his trial of his dog Gutsy for high crimes and misdemenour, his belief that a turkey cock on his estate was his grandfather and his tomb in the shape of a beehive, for he believed he was going to be reincarnated as a bee, along with a number of other strange occurences, I hope to start on this tomorrow and will update this blog with my progress.
